许多家具品牌的成功战略是进行大规模定制,但在生产过程中也面临着一定挑战。工厂生产常见情况是每个客户产品订单不同,交货时间短,需要处理大量不同类型和颜色的皮革。此外,整体皮革节省中生产计划所起的作用越来越大。许多公司虽然有工具来处理生产计划,但其与切割方案的有限集成和自动规划算法的缺乏是其制造过程中的重要缺陷。ITTA规划算法对整体节省皮革有重要的影响,尤其是对处理大量客户产品订单的制造商而言。 该算法通过以下方式来提高总产量:

Mass customization, a successful strategy for many furniture brands, comes with challenges in the manufacturing process. Handling large numbers of different leather types and colors, different products for every customer order, short delivery time are common situations in the production plant. Moreover, the production planning plays an increased role in the overall leather savings.

Many companies have tools to handle the production planning, but their limited integration with the cutting solution and the absence of an automatic algorithm for planning are important drawbacks in the manufacturing process.

The ITTA planning algorithm has an important impact in the overall leather savings, especially for manufacturers which are dealing with a large variety of products and customer orders. The algorithm is designed to increase the overall yield by:

皮革节省的关键因素表现在每一个排版作业的高效率上。然而,主要目标是提高整批皮革的排版利用率。实现这一目标的一个主要因素是每个排版作业中皮革的均衡分布。ITTA排序模块从排版概率角度对皮革进行分类,使用根据生产特性定制的标准。预先分配模块自动计算每个排版作业每个等级所需的面积。这样操作员就能从每个等级中挑选出最佳数量的皮革,提高整体批次处理排版利用率,并且大大降低批次 处理结束时留有不可用皮革的风险。计算每个排版作业中皮革的正确平衡的算法考虑了3个关键信息:

ITTA ranking module classifies the hides from a nesting probability point of view using customizable criteria tailored to the production characteristics. The pre-allocation module automatically calculates the required area per rank for each nesting job. Thus the operators are able to pick the optimum quantity of hides from each rank. The result is an increased overall batch nesting efficiency. 如果操作员将缺陷标记太宽,将直接影响排版利用率。操作员没有标记出整个缺陷,排版算法将在该区域排一部分,并且只有在质量管控台才能检测出问题。结果可能重排,这意味着效率会明显降低。ITTA电脑皮革扫描机使用标记精度小于1毫米的红外线“光”笔,以检测精度最大化。 

If the operator marks the defects too wide, the nesting efficiency will be directly affected.
